When do I get paid?+
Stripe Connect pays out daily or weekly (your choice). First payout after account verification, usually 2-3 business days.
Do I need a registered business?+
Yes — Stripe requires a business entity (sole proprietorship, LLC, etc.) to process payouts. We'll help you verify your Stripe Connect account step by step.
Does the app issue invoices?+
We currently generate a Stripe receipt for each transaction. Integration with invoicing tools — Q3 2026.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
One click in your account settings. No questions, no fees, no notice period.
Does the app work offline?+
Core features (schedule, clients) work offline via local cache. Sync resumes when you reconnect.
How do client ratings work?+
Clients can rate you (1–5 stars) after a visit and leave a comment. Ratings are public on your profile; you can moderate them.
